1. All participants must remove shoes, face painting, jewelry, badges, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.
2. Absolutely NO - confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the bounce house. *Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the imposing of an additional cleaning fee.
3. No Piñata’s in the bounce house- risk of severe injury.
4. No smoking on or around the inflatable.
5. To avoid neck and back injuries - no wrestling, flipping, colliding, or fighting.
6. Do not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house - serious injury may result.
7. Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
8. Do NOT allow older children to jump with younger children - risk of severe injury.
9. No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.
10. Keep unit away from heat and open flame, barbeque at all times, material will burn or melt.
11. If inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
12. Bounce House MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use if wind exceeds 25mph - bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.
13. Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.
14. Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.
15. Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required.
16. Equipment Problems: should any equipment develop a problem, or does not function correctly at anytime, or Customer does not understand the operating instructions, Customer agrees to immediately cease use of that equipment. In particular, if the bounce castle begins to deflate customer will immediately have the riders exit the bounce house and then check for one of the following conditions:
1) The motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet where the
unit plugs into the house or generator or power outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged.
2) If motor continues to run, check for blockage of the air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also, check both air tubes on the back of the bounce castle unit for snugness and tighten the ties if necessary or if disconnected, re-connect to blower.
3) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate bounce castle prior to permitting anyone to use the unit.
4) If you cannot correct the problem, call Little Jumpers (587) 679-6892!
If weather forecast shows that there is a 60% or higher chance of rain, we will contact you prior to the day of your bouncy castle rental to discuss rescheduling options. Also, if there is chances for wind speed of 30km an hour or higher, rescheduling is to be discussed. Under no circumstances can we set up a bouncy castle or inflatable in high winds, or rain due to the increased chances of injury.
A full refund of your deposit will be issued if the event is cancelled due to weather conditions.
Accidents happen... Following our safety rules will minimize their ocurrence. We have 2000000 S liability insurance that provides coverage to a business for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage caused by the business’s operations, products. In order to protect our equipment, a customer will be asked to sign a rental agreement, which also includes a waiver. A document will be sent to a customer via email and has to be returned signed before the event starts.
In order to get full refund of your deposit, a 72-hour notification of cancelation is required (except due to weather conditions).
A customer will get full refund of paid deposit if the event is cancel due to weather conditions.
A payment may not be refundable if a customer cancels our services after 72 hour prior the booked date.
A payment is fully refundable if a customer cancels our services before 72 hours prior the booked date
